That's an awesome ride! Maybe I'll see it around the sunshine state sometime. Good job on the build, bet you're glad to have it all done.

It so nice to see a rat rod with something other than a 350 SBC.

All three look real good.

Where in fl are you? I would love to see this thing sometime if you don't mind.

I wanna bump this to the top and see if there are any updates? I am absolutely in love with this!

No updates really. I got it driving in November and have just been enjoying driving it. Head gasket finally blew last week after 5 months of 80psi beatings. Getting fireringed now, so I'm ready to do some tuning and get this thing to the track. Loving the turbo combo. Spools great on the street. See about 32 from the primary and 80-85 total.

head off???????? when I first saw the plumbing from bottom to top turbo I sad that screams out water jet, cut a plate out in a big C emblem, and bolt to pass side of plumbing where you have that phat 90 out of the bottom, to the top.

How beefy did you need to go with the front axle? Been tossing around ideas and didn't know what would be stable.

It only has 1450 lbs on the front axle. Its doing fine so far. 49-54gm spindles on some 2 1/4" round beam of unknown make. Axle was in the truck when I bought it so I don't know a lot about it. I've put a bunch of miles on it the past 6 months and have had zero issues. I don't think it would hold very good if it was located under the engine. Remember I am 55% rear weight bias

That's good to know. It's a sweet build and definitely an inspiration for mine.

Well it has been a while since I've updated this post. not much has been going on lately except driving the hell out of it. I'm in this thing pretty much all weekend and a few days a week going to work. its running great!

The most recent mod was a swap from the 4k gsk to a set of hold my beers.
boost went from 80-85psi to 115-120 with no other changes at all. kind of surprising how much more they fuel. the 4k were pacbrake brand. I am seeing between 35-40psi from the 480. I need to get a drive pressure guage on this soon..

Also swapped in a stock v10 converter from the local trans warehouse. I was running a factory 'diesel' converter up till this point. had to pull the tranny due to a broken 2nd gear band apply lever,so I figured why not. it really helped spoolup a lot since this 3200lb truck with drum brakes made getting any stall rpm impossible. before it was just off idle and pushing through the brakes. now it acts like a stock converter in a 7000lb dodge. hangs around 2500ish until lockup.

refresh on motor specs..95 12v longblock,firering head with 150lb springs and SHCS head bolts. 215 pump,#0 plate,hold my beers.A/D 200gph @35psi J&L 5x.022. 63/68/.88 & 80/96/132 22* timing

That thing must be real quick with that much boost and the lbs. it weights?
