This doesn't surprise me. I had very long and drawn out bad dealings with jeff over a turbo. When I finally did get the turbo it was trashed and had to be completely rebuilt. He did man up and pay for half of the rebuild but the fact was I sent him a brand new turbo on trade and I got a junk one in return.

Nor does it suprise me. It took me a month in a half to get the turbo i bought off him after i sent him the money, and after i got it, it definately was not what i paid for or what he said that it was. I asked him for a refund and he just offered to give me $500 back since he knew it wasnt right. That was in Dec. of 2008 and have yet to see a dime of my money back. The admins were on my side at the time and he told them he would make it right just to shut everyone up at the time and then after everyone was off his back he "forgot" about it apparently.
