14mm p-pumps

Personally have had good luck. At least better than a maxed out 13mm pump.
It all comes down to the quality of the parts you use and proper setup for application.

There are better things to come down the road.

thanks

there are some 14mm pumps out there in some pieces of equipment and i think its a big trac hoe trying to track one down be nice to go to a big equipment junk yard and rummage around, probably buy one pretty reasonable.

Don

Do what you want.

Try not to grind an axe

In the future, it will help, not hurt you

Good luck in your quest.

That was almost a Haiku. LOL

thank you sir

ps - you are right. that sounded terrible. i am sure many have had great luck with pumps purchased from industrial injection. and i hope they keep having great luck

Look at the guy who want to build a ppump with vp style electronics.

actually the Deere tractors run a P7100 with an electronic control in place of the governor assembly

I don't know who this guy was or if it's in anyway similar, but there it is.

It has been around...Bosch made it.

A 12mm 160 pump has trapped 131mph on fuel in a truck I used to drive from time to time (now under new ownership out west) why the need for such a large displacment pump ?

132?

thats pretty fast

1/4 mile right?

wonder what something like that would 60 foot

I know this because we have two of them in terra gators at work and both have blixton 2 chips on them that add either 10% or 30%. Use the search funtion and find the thread about vpp7100 or something like that. My refrence to that was the amount of crap people would post. The quad turbo one was a good one too.

i got a better idea...

you go buy that pc of sh!t from industrial

i will build 'what and why' ever i want

then we'll race and see who did right

whatcha think?

don

ps - to make it more interesting we could each put what ever we got into our pump in a hat and winner take all

You are still pissed off and defensive. I dont want a pump like that for my puller. All i was saying is that they are available and there is one you could look at or talk to brady about. Personaly i wouldnt buy from them either. I dont care how or what you build. You asked for info on 14mm pumps, I asked for info on some background as to why and all you come up with is i will do what i want and lets race becuase i know more than you and my pump will kick your ass. My pump is a tiny little 550cc pump that is streetable.

Have a good one,

Tim

sorry i am still defensive. prolly will be for a while

i dont get ya tho. you tell me to buy a pump from ind then say you wouldnt buy one either? lol. 550cc aint tiny either. if its really a 550cc pump? who built that one? ps - not saying it isnt. you know what i mean

thinking about putting a 1300cc pumped 2000 hp cummins in a altered roadster. (and not spending 14k on a sigma)

Yes very very close.....:rockwoot:

10-4 I did say buy one from II and thats not exactly what i was trying to say. Sometimes i think something but dont type it out the same. I have no idea who built my pump because i sent it to Powerparts eng. (Terry) and told him what i wanted. It is on the truck and works great. I have alot less in it than most shops wanted when i called around. I am running it with a 2.8 charger when some people are running bigger pumps with 2.6 chargers and thats why i said tiny. I sure the hell dont have 14k to spend on the sigma either. That is a lofty goal that i wouldnt want to tackle. LOL
