1969 Ford Cummins Crew Conversion....

Great build. Its nice to see a build with some thought and talent behind it. Keep up the awesome build. :rockwoot:

Bob.

Had a whole day off....

Started getting the frame boxed in... this was a bit time consuming. The next sections will go easier as the frame channel doesn't taper.

I will have to work this piece in on the passenger side to give room for the exhaust to pass by....

you are going to get done with this and not know what to do with all of your time.

Tell you what, when that happens, let me know and I will take this off your hands so you can start on another :Cheer:

I had to take a break from frame and suspension work... so I worked on the timing gear cover and the clutch master cylinder actuating rod....

Scored!

Picked this NP273F up for $100.... I'm going to take the output shaft, tailhousing and fixed yoke and see if it all fits in my NP271D for a slip yoke eliminator upgrade?

Completed the first section of frame boxing on the passenger side. Had to make clearance for 5" exhaust for the future twin setup.

Well after messing with the twins setup I figured that the primary would fit on the bottom after all... I guess taking a couple weeks off helps the thought process!

Are you just going to run the drain line through that?

What gauge is that?

We used .125" on DeRanged. The dam thing still sags a little with all of the plumbing disconnected. We have some angle brackets holding it in place but none the less it has deflection.
