Baby steps, been helping my friends a lot lately, and got a few things done on my dually. but here's the progress on the travelette!

all the brackets installed.

Front tin cover on, cam in, lifters in, head on. Waiting for new idler gear bearings.

Some big bearings for just a idler.... gotta love IH!

All stock clearances, just pump and injector work and putting a bigger ball bearing turbo.

Slow progress, was prepping the dually and a friends scout to go wheeling in Jersey! got a few things together.

Smashed out the dent, little mud to smooth it out!

Got the pump back, again. Done right and tuned for exactly what I want, not just "maxed out"

Don't mind the random fittings, just keeping the paint out!

modified the frame mounts to accept the factory DT mounts:

Is that a removable cover for the pump gear?

Yeah it comes of to change the pump timing or remove the gear.

Gm sending unit reads 0-75 ohms, IH reads 90-120ish iirc. well I had to do something to make the gauge work!

checking the sweep, little bending and it's close enough to work.

There you have it, hybrid sensor!

also got the installer tool from Gene at IH to get the seal in!

I did some double checking, the gm was 0-90 and the IH is 73-10.

Made some 9/16" rear spring plates

Remade the engine mounts to work with the factory isolators. The tapered piece is from a Farmall tractor....

Going through the 205:

This looked severely damaged to me, but nothing rides on it, just a sleeve over it, pulled apart a dodge case I had and it's the same. weird how they left it that rough....

Top IH 205, lower Dodge 205....

Looking good. Interesting about the 205 shaft. I'm about to pull my Dodge NP205 down to rebuild it as well, so I'll give it a look.

Got the injection lines back from plating.... just waiting on the fuel sticks to be properly serviced.
