pointless yes for anything ill ever build but for the people who actually build high HP trucks its a good idea

fleece's rules are great rules and have been in effect for a few years..everyone just needs to get on the same page as for rules. as for the small frame turbo rule that is just stupid because of reliability and it dont cost any more to build a s400 frame charger than an s300 frame. We run an s400 frame 2.5 legal chager on our dually and the truck is still used everyday on the farm and pulls 30ft goosenecks loaded to 40k lbs of seed and i know that the fleece 2.5 trucks still get used daily too. people just need step up their game or step down, thats all there is to it.
