I tell you what, drag your bunched up panties out of your azz and don't pay any attention to what I say about turbo's. I know for a fact what was discussed between Jeff and I, obviously that has changed. I will not post anything else about a fukkin turbocharger. All I know for sure is you can only have ONE!! Other than that, do what the fukk you want to. Gary

Whoa there big guy!! Deep Breath man!! Okay........

As for the way the 2.6 Scheid rule was explained to me... No Bushings... The cover ( no matter what turbo ) was to be 66mm (2.6) and the "Clipped" wheel ( no matter what size ) must be clipped to fit inside that cover at least 1/8".....

Jeff said he spoke to Dan Scheid... Give him a shout Darren so he can make sure I'm correct in how I just explained it...

Can Swole or Gary start a new post with the rules that will be run. Also lock the post so no one can reply. People that want to run dont want to weed through 100 pages of crap talk. Waiting on the dust to settle on the rules befor we send the money.

i think a 6.4 will win here there a common rail just like the chevy and dodge if someone builts a single cab short bed around 6500 pounds and u got someone to tune the twins right it will be benifcal to them. plus we need to see a ford win something
 
I think someone has already posted this but I will repost it. If you go to competition events and get togethers and click on SDX and go to thread about SHIID DIESEL RULES 2010 and look at post #3 you find this at the bottom.

Turbocharger:
The vehicle is limited to a 2.6 inducer bore single turbocharger. The compressor wheel must protrude into a 2.6” bore for 1/8”. The inlet will be measured using a 2.65 inch plug the plug must not be able to enter the inducer bore. A stock map width enhancement (MWE) groove is allowed. No MWE groove will be allowed that has a width greater than .200”. All provisions allowing air into the wheel other than via the bore and the MWE groove are prohibited. The vehicle driver will be responsible for making compressor wheel accessible for tech personal to measure bore and be able to inspect compressor wheel.

So if the Scheid rules apply here they are.

Exactly a lot of theese 2.6 truck's are already into the 11's many pullers have done it. Take that combo put it in a Regular Cab and you very have a high 10 low 11's truck.

They just don't know how big of a charger it is that makes so much power.

If the GAW truck is going I give them a good chance.

i agree and mine is a regular cab. i know i couldnt get down to 6k but 6500 isnt out of the question and if they are using the scheid 2.6 rule i really think with tuning time a guy can make 1k hp. i am just suprised it seems like the drag racing guys dont read pulling threads too much, lol.

not really especially if they are using scheid 2.6 sled rules. guys who already have chargers for that class will be good to go and wont have to change a thing. as long as the wheel is clipped and protrudes into a 2.6 bore 1/8" they are game

i agree but no Dan i was talking about on the race track at rogersville during the blackout last fall. not on dirt... i didnt pull the sled in 11 seconds
 
Could somebody post a pic of a modded 2.6 charger under the scheid rule. So Gary and awoke will no what the hell they are talking about
