I wanna be aound 500-550. I have ADR, 200hp injectors, 3600 sb clutch, afe intake, and holley blue. Im thinking about a stainless turbine housing 64/13. Should that get me there?
 
You're running 200hp injectors on a stock turbo?! If so you need to look into at least a 64/71/14 or larger turbo. And that should put you right where you want to be, possibly even a little higher.
 
How much boost should I have with the 64...do I need studs or orings
 
With the box off or on timing only you should be alright! Since you have a handshaker it will help!

I towed 19k and stayed in 1:1 in my area and never got above 1000* but throw it in OD and keep her out of her range (1850-2150) she will get hot!

Thats with a 64!!
 
A nice small set of towing twins will get you right above where you want to be and you could still tow easily.
 
u if u still want to tow with that kind of power maybe a 64/65/14 or twins if you can afford it.
 
I ran a 66/71 and it was a pig, so i went back to a 62/71! a 64 would be about perfect!
 
64/71/14 gets my vote. I love the combo! It tows like crazy & DD great....holds its own sled pulling too.

i think they only want people with first hand experience who have used different size chargers. lol:charger:
 
so jamie why would you say a 64/71/14 instead of a 64/74/14? wont the egts be better controlled with the larger turbine?
