CP3 times 2

I hope your right. I was disappointed with the limit I found from my own testing and data logging. Wonder why my (new) pumps won't go that high with the control we have? I know we dont have the ability to command that high with our computer systems, and thats for sure. What bench did you use for the test?

What bench did you use?

Obviously not the same one as them (like I'm going to give out info:aiwebs_009:). To get accurate information, I usually have to do my own testing and results report. The results will be out soon enough to prove it one way or another.

This is on the truck not a test bench, I have a custom pressure gauge built with a 40,000psi transducer. We are only commanding for around 28 to 29,000psi but because of the mods done to the pump it lets the pressure and volume be alot more. This was done with smaller sized injectors that are currently in the truck now and not huge amount of pulse duration but still alot more than normal.

If you have any idea on who to approach for custom tuning tools for Dodges, let me know.

I know they exist, just don't have the names on who to pester. I'm willing to bet that most of what we learned programming Dmaxes will transfer over to the CR Dodges. Just a couple of days on a dyno, and I think miracles will happen.

Find a Cummins employee we can bribe into getting us the unlock codes for the ECMs.

Then stand back and watch :evil

Who's running dual CP3's on their Dawge?:1tooth:

Should they be outlawed from pulling competition? Is their an advantage to this setup over the mighty P-pump? Maybe weight? What kind of bar psi does this tandem reach?
Any one yet?????

I might have an "in" with a feller or two that work for Cummins. Who exactly in what department do we need to get ahold of? If I get specific questions to ask and know who the question needs to be asked of I might be able to work some magic.

am i the only one seeing this as being maybe a more economical way of running a II grand poo bah? (having never seen one in real life of course)

Looks like a dry run Smoke? Somebody has got to have one by now...or I would think so?

What we need are the codes to unlock the ECM for reprogramming so the CR trucks could be tuned like a D'max with EFI Live.

.....Billy, that just wouldn't be fair to the Ford and GM fellas. :poke:

An EFI for our Dodge trucks......ummm, HELL YEAH! :rockwoot:

I have never seen it but I know that PDR was working on one a while back. Not sure what the numbers were and not sure of the outcome.

If we already have a second stock CR pump can we buy the kit without the CR pump that you supply?

Thanks

Malcolm

Yes you can buy the kit minus the CP3 (-$700.00), However we dont use the stock Dodge CP3. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks

Thats a big mistake designing the kit to use a CP3 from a Duramax instead of the Dodge CP3 pump. Alot of people wont buy it for that very reason.

John

So you use a Chev CP3? I thought that the pumps are identical, never had them side by side. Do you modify the CP for more flow?

Thanks
