High HP 1998 12 valve

a list of parts is hard but heres what i what i would do

obviously head work, a lot of it
head studs again obvious, 14mm, have to be drilled and tapped
some sort of fire ring deal
probaly have to lower the comp a few points
large large injectors, like 5.x.025 or something of that nature
i would go with 14mm mains studs, which depending on the block
will need to be drilled and tapped
some sort of block girdle that ties in the main studs
a worked 13mm pump is prolly a must for power like that
water injection cant hurt for long 1/4 runs
obviously balanced and blueprinted internals
fluidampner
fass setup
i would go with a large set of twins for spoolup like an s400 varient on top and something of at least an 80mm on bottom, but im not sure on this setup (obviously i havent done a 1200hp build) someone else might chime in on the turbos
large injection lines like .093's or osemthing would help
your choice of dv's, depends on what you want there
three piece exhaust manifold will be good
5k gsk at least, maybe 6k
a good cam is a must if he wants it to spool, that will def require machining the pistons for valve clearence.
at least 100# valve spings, not sure exactly on this number but somewhere will be able to help you out with that.
rod studs are good insurance too
prolly have the rods shot peened or pollished for strength and reliability reasons.
with the cam comes new tappets and with the heavy valve springs comes better pushrods

and a very very built transmission. a lot of money is going to be put into a trans that can hold that kind of abuse all the time so you need to contact georend or whoever of your choice on that one.

again im not a master engine builder and im sure someone will have comments on that list of parts but its some kind of bassline to go off of and ask around.

but again theres a lot of work and a lot of money going into a build like this and considering its not your truck make sure you can handle soemthing like this cause if it goes drasticly wrong the guy is gonna come back to you expecting answers for why his hard earned money just grenaded at the track.. just osmething to keep in mind from a business standpoint
