Ohh I think you can hit a hot 700hp with a 64. based on mph and weight I should be around 645. And I had at least 2 big issues when I ran 108.6@7340# (broken waste gate on the charger, and apparently nice leaky injectors.)

His egt's and boost numbers are to low to be out of air. We've seen 650-713 out of the super b special out of at least 4 other trucks(2cr's, p-pumped 24v, and my 12v). The sweet spot of the turbo seems to be 52-58psi with the egt's being around 1400*-1500*

Mine did 1080 on just the Smarty and EZ, the TST only added 58 hp. The TST is needed on small injectored trucks. The "wall" has been known for a long time and it is just a tuning issue. The point of the TST is to magnify the lower Duration signal from the ECM due to the lower load table.

Not just with small inj trucks, we picked up almost 300hp with a TST with 7.5's.

I just got alittle info on fooling the ecm with calc eng load on a 600 series(that cant use TST 06.5-07). Its just not consistant yet.

Really? That much with 7.5s? On my truck, it was only the 58hp with the 7.5s. It that on your Fodge?

Didn't marco make a house call for you? I know I sound like a smartazz but I'm being serious, I can't remember who I'm thinking about. Wanna send me the file if he did? I want to go back to beta but stuck with this TNT for now.

Yeah, Marco came over last year. The file that i have is a VIN locked file and it is a modded version of the TNT. I didn't like the Beta version because they weren't that clean. The TNT tune that Marco built was super clean and extremely strong. We never finished the tune completely though.

Not that I'm glad someone else had this issue but I am glad it's on a truck that Marco can have access too. A couple of us have talked to Bob about it in the past but lack of access has prevented any real progress.

Erick, can you clarify something? When you say "without TST" did you have the bypass harness in or was the module just turned all the way down? Was that the case with the 1080 run you previously referenced when you said Smarty and EZ only?

Just curious. I can't prove it yet, but it seems even if the TST is installed and turned off it seems to fool something that is tripping the defuel.

For the record: Bob has been more than supportive with me on this dilemma that a few of us are experiencing; with product support, ideas, and patience with my uncertain feedback. I haven't been able to get the truck on the rollers yet to fully test some of his ideas.

I don't believe every truck is falling victim to this. Browns and Dockboy are two success stories that prove north of 8 bills is attainable on fuel with these motors. Both have or have used a TST as well. **scratches head**

Chrleb1. Everytime u dyno did u remove the air filter?

Strange as it sounds, I tried removing the filter for a back to back run (S&B) and lost 15, put it back on and it was there again.

The TST was definitely functioning on my truck (i.e. changes made were effecting power) but the load% was not any different. Really hoping that some time with the master will get me where I want to be.

Well I hope to have some new numbers in a month or so. The 721 I just made was with the rp falling to ~12k WOT but Im in the works now to getting a dual cp3 setup so should have no more problems with low rp!

I also feel some things hurting me are my head gasket and my twins. When I fixed my popped factory gasket I went back with .020 over 12v gasket and o rings and i think that the lower comp plus the mismatched injector to bowl clearance is hurting. Also I haven't had the chance to hook up my drive press gauge but you can hear it is crying for help. I have an ext wg on order because I don't see the internal gate on the sb being enough.

I'll call later today Bob and explain

Marco can come to DFW or Houston anytime he wants and use my truck for a week or two. I'm never home so I'll barely miss it.
