Installed and running monster pump equipped truck

Only pointed out a word - sorry you took it the wrong way - no dig there bro. :Cheer: I have several sets of injectors that I'm going to be trying out in the next couple of weeks to see what works best for me. You guys know every truck is different and I'm gonna stick with what works best whether it be from Mike, Dynomite Diesel or whomever. Dynomite Diesel, Lenny, and Ross have been more than wonderful in helping me with injectors. Testing and trying is the key to getting the perfect setup and it does take time and money. That's certainly the nature of the beast when you try something new.

There is more to these injectors than lift... By the way they aren't Mack injectors. The OD is resized to fit the cummins head, and there are other vendors who can supply the correct injector with no issues from Mike. We just recieved some interesting results from a monster pump customer, using the 6 x 12. Dyno results will be coming shortly.

please do...would love to see some good results finally

We just had a customer blow one of mikes pumps, and mike stood behind it 110%. He did however call me before the install to check the specs on the injectors. The pump blew at 4100rpm called mike and he is driving down to help install new pump and help the guy with some tuning. He is a stand up guy in my book.

You got that right!

looks like i need to sell some stuff so i can try one now that some more info is finally coming out.

few months ago i wasnt willing to throw $3k at a pump/injectors with no info, no results, and nobody knew who made them.

According to Bosch, they are of European origin. Could they be Mack, sure they could, but that isn't what the application number says.

There are no secrets here. Do tell as to the application for the nozzles you have an 'application number' for.

since the builder is offering a no questions asked warranty if you run his injectors, id give this thing a whirl, but can't afford it yet. i've seen one in person and havent been overly impressed yet but he needed to change some things. it smoked alot more than my truck tho.

i just really love the way my combo works currently and dont wanna go making changes and lose the great drivablity i have now.

T.J. dont judge the pumps ability from the test & tune. i didnt have Mikes injectors in then. The smoke was from the injectors ( to big ). its got more power now, but i still need tuning. And it can still blackout a 4 lane highway!:woohoo:

Well i took it for a drive tonight... "past the mailbox". I am really speechless and very impressesed. Even with no boxes hooked up to the truck, when the charger lights the truck is gone. It is a crazy smoke show before that but once she gets spools the truck is gone.... I really am quite happy with the purchase. Tomorrow i will finish hooking up the stack, gauges, redline and get the rest of the truck tightened up. I can not wait to hook it to he sled and see how the new build goes. Smokem to answer your question i believe he does not enlarge them due to there being such close tolerlances in the pump. I know he does do work to the delivery valve but i believe enlarging it is not one.

So does this pump have enough fuel to put down 800+ with a S364 and a 480? Or is this still P-Pump territory?
