Just laid down 572hp & 1126Tq/stock turbo on #2.

All i know is d-bo's truck is absolutely sick and it deffinatly feels like 572hp and 1162tq. When a vette pulls up to you on the highway dust puts the hammer down to dick with the vette, the vette gets into it and dust walks away:owned:
 
i bet scheids or bigbad dog's 1,800hp truck isnt 1,800hp because it doesnt run 250mph on the strip you reckonthey are lying about their numbers.
 
exactly i dont think it would be possible for that truck to run that fast on the track

But those are purpose built trucks...can't compare really. Apples and oranges, but i get what your saying.
 
nope but ive been there to pwn numerous mustangs and his dads vette. o alnog with numerous 4th gear start burnout that go for 100's of yards:badidea:

First Off!!! I did congradulate him I ALL my post.....I was just stating that the math didn't add up.....Hey, If I'm wrong, then so be it...Doesn't bother me..Isn't the first time and won't be the last...Several others DO agree though and Swear by the Math in ALL cases!!

The calculator and those who use the equations to fig that kinda stuff are WAY smarter than me.....

NO dyno is correct so who really gives a crap if its a synojet or a superflow the only way to get real numbers is an engine dyno period.

I don't agree with that statement.

It's kinda interesting the way you said it, though. NO engine dyno that I know of, has a big heavy flywheel that it just spins up in an attempt to estimate horsepower. Engine dynos use absorbers: water brakes, eddy current absorbers, etc.

Which is what SuperFlows and some Mustangs and some other brands use.

I believe that, and in talking with others, the SuperFlow, operated with skill, are the best chassis dynos available. From the rolls I've done, I was astonished how repeatable they are. Accuracy is harder to assess, sure, but I think it can be done. All I need is someone to help me pony up on one and I think I can prove it beyond a shadow of a doubt, with the data and statistics to back it up.

And I brought no friends to bat for me, just happens that one of my other friends is a member here and commented about how ridiculous it is to quote a simple math equation as fact when there are way to many variables to take into account, don't know the other guy.

if you go with zane's truck you should take a video camera and record the run and a shot of the sheet and post it up. that way you won't have problems..at least not as many..

his truck should be somewhat comparable to yours in the way of mods right?

Lol and I'm a nobody either so it's all good. You nor anyone else has offended me. I just like going a different direction with everything I do and most of the time learn ALOT along the way, following the norm just aint that fun. Notice I'm not running a smarty like everyone else?(no offense to anyone that does) I don't have "brand name" injectors, CP3, or lift pump and Valair DD's aren't that famous either. But in going a different direction I've came to this point...I'm happy with it so i guess thats all that matters.:rockwoot:
