Let it go, man. You've said your part, now enough with crapping up the thread. I've looked at some of your other posts in various other threads and you seem to like talking chit to everyone. If you make another post in this thread you'll get a short vacation from the site.

I rather receiv advice than, than "you fail".

So Here is the setup.
ip 8mm and 225ccm max fueling
ported head and solid lifters
Cam s have 11.2mm lift
max rpm 7000
i have now little 49mm/50mm
and bigger 65mm/69mm
TN water injection in little turbo compressor intake
Turbos to intake i have HDi air/air cooler

I bet that thing is gonna sound wicked at 7k rpm!

I really not like making exhaust, but it s almos done.
Not that good, but hope it works.

What about pipe size on turbine side? Thinking between turbos 3" and DP 3.5"

The next size bigger that matches the exducer diameter of the small turbine. For example, a 66 mm turbo would be 2.59" and the next larger common pipe size would be 3" SCH 40 with an ID of 3.068 inches.

Next i install wastegates. I use 50mm Synapse Enfineering s

My 50mm had noticeable flutter on my 5.9l Cummins. I would definitely start with the 40mm valve seat in them to start.
 
Some new gauge. Ordered same size speedo as that rpm gauge is.
Also done wg pipe straight on turbine housing.

I noticed the cold pipe and the wastegate takeoff pipe both have a seam running down the center? Why is that?
 
THe seam circled in green. The cold pipe has the same type of seam?
