We were informed of this one sitting in Pa. by metalman....

It's a 38 Dodge 1/2ton,

Yes it was VERY RUSTY, but with a few sessions with me and Treesmasher we have a ratty waiting in the shop for it's turn for some lovin.

Treesmasher scored a 353 Detroit out of a pavement roller that was for sale, bought the roller pulled the purring 2 stroke Detroit out and scrapped the rest and still came out ahead.....

Here is the above 46 as I found it.

18k origonal miles, and somewhere in its life a rather large tree decided to rest on it's roof.:bang Looks like it's shaping up nicely though.:rockwoot:


I wish I could pick up the many other ol Dodges that I know of.........:hehe:

Anything that gets shipped to me gets shipped to work, it's easier for me to recieve shipments there, besides the UPS and Fed-Ex trucks sit in front of my door most of the day while they deliver and pickup from the entire city block here in the big city.:rockwoot:

Any idea of how much you will have to cut off the axle to get the slicks under the bed? Im getting ready to go through that and haven't started measuring just yet.

Forgot to mention I have yet to find someone within 500 miles of here that has a Dana 80 jig for shortening the axle tubes
