Rebuilt 47RH Dies after 4 miles.

No dog in this fight because all I use is Goerend but this is a HUGE catastrophie for all those directly involved and swinging your dicks isnt gonna get everyone through it any smoother. There are some very intelligent individuals that this is effecting and Im sure they can sort it out without hearsay and a whole bunch of name calling. The guys involved need breathing room to calm down and pick up a phone and sort it out.
 
Here we go ... only one question? How long do you have to set on one of these "new converters" to get one to hatch?

I feel very confident that it will be done right now..... The correction needed has no doubt been addressed...

My old one ran great! Contrary to the picture certain folks here tried to paint of me about why I used to back Phil, I believed in him just like I do Jeff... Nobody's perfect and we all make mistakes...

This was never a, "it's every one that was made" problem... It was thankfully isolated... And now I'm sure it's been addressed after the phone call..

Im just stating a personal experience. I have a DPC triple disk from that timeframe and its a fukking AWESOME converter. I would reccommend him to ANYONE that needed a converter. All this internet bashing is making the ones doing it look like a damn fool.
 
Matt, thats what I mean...you only hear how bad they are from a few. Im sure if Dave wasnt in my back yard Id try something else.

To the guy deliberating about whether to get a DPC converter or not, just get a Georend. It's the same price, same lifetime warranty, and you won't find one bad word about Dave Georend..... That's what I would have done if I'd known DTT wasn't making these converters themselves.

I'll have some pics up here in a little bit......

I have a goerend in the PPE, but I've heard nothing but praise for Phils high stall v10 converter.

So if these are "all new virgin" converters there should be no core charge correct? Bc if its rebuilt it would then be not NEW but refurbished would it not?

if you are talking about a Garmon converter yes there is no core charge on converters
 
What I mean is you don't need mine as a core and there is no core charge..? Bc if in fact there all new you won't need my old one correct?
