Well every post I have seen by him has been meaningless and usually doesn't make a bit of sense.

And I vote NO for :nos: but I think water should be allowed.

Just crank the smoke screw and you wont need water either. Tim

Well Obviously times are changing in the Diesel World Im sure if Gale Banks was to Pull he fight it and Run some Nitrous. But you might have to come to a compromise. Say Must have full enclosed Turbo Sheilds only allow say Two Stages of Nitrous and limit the jets.

Thats what i was meaning. A lame attempt at a joke i guess. If it runs hot, add more fuel but what do you consider hot? When pulling i see 17 to 1800* degrees and been doing that for two years with know problems. I need more fuel too!

Oh I wasn't meaning anything by what I said. Was just stating. And not sure exact temp. I just like keeping it cooler. My gauge is only 1600 and after a pull it stays pegged for a few. And I need more fuel as well.

Sorry to derail the thread.

I have the BD X monitor the tells me exactly what it is doing and records high numbers and has a alarm on it. Problem is the egt alarm the highest it can be set is 1450* SO it scares the ship out of ya when you happen to look at it and it is saying ALARM ALARM ALARM while gioing down the track. More derailment...

Yea, I think 95% of the voting yessers above think SPRAY means H2O.

H20...Gatorade...H20....Nitrous... lol

This makes you sound like you work for a insurance company or something.
I shouldnt have to build my trucks for the douches that stand to close to the track and would turn around and sue me because something went wrong on my truck setup. I stand right next to the track anytime i can, but i would not sue nor expect you to build around me. This is the problem with this country. Everybody takes the stupid liabil path and takes all the fun out of everything and i mean everything. F#$k liability!!!!

I dont like spray for reasons i allready stated.
Its not DIESEL POWER

and i am not that kinda guy to sue for anything like that just that hate to see the sport get screwed cause someone didnt think right blow something up and hit or kill someone i was at a pull this year where a guy sprayed and blew the intake (gasser) off and wasnt useing it right

I mean no disrespect too you. Its just that liabil stuff gets my blood boiling and i know it could happen. Some guy would have his family track side braggin about the great seats they have and turn around and sue if something went wrong. We are adults dammit, take responability for our own actions. I love the start of the pulls. I like to be right there track side when the trucks are revvin up and watch how they come off the clutch. I know stuff could happen right then but i take that chance. Why should you be worried about me and my stupidity, im a grown man that made that decision. Thats all i was ranting about. Tim

Ive seen a few local trucks spray at the brush pulls and honestly I havent seen it make that much of a difference. Seems like it just blows the tires off of the truck and doesnt really provide any advantage.

I agree with you teddybear. I did use it and when it kicked in I broke traction like crazy and it never rehooked back up.

Ditto, they allowed it out here last year hopefully not this year. But I have seen a guy who got greedy, used to much, and it put the fire out at mid track. Just this past year we saw large pre-detination/exsplosion, and one blew the stack off in the bed actully shatering the rear window.

I voted no for saftey reasons. IMO there is no gauge to determin if the guy rolling over the scale knows how to use it safley, and I am not in favor of somebody putting others at risk including them selves during what is supposed to be a fun event.

I would probably be okay with it if there were restrictions/limitations and saftey measures in place, but a free for all "yes use it" is asking for something to go wrong.

ok so if they changed the rules where you have to have a electronic controller, you would be in favor?

I agree 110%

Here's a huge question that i just thought of and im not bashing or pointing figers just curious. What insurance company will cover this event with NO2 run on the sled pulls, all companies ive seen say absolutly not and they will not insure this kind of event. So is this event run without insurance, if so im out!

get your panties out of a bunch... nobody will miss you anways! awsome pull in zainsville.lol get over it its happening live with it like everybody else is. ****.
