Truckers, lets see your rigs!

Just some more bad publicity for us. Just what we need.

That's the bad thing, it needs to shine more light on the companies that are putting that kind of driver behind the wheel and the school that shuffled them through and gave them a license.

If anyone comes across a N14 mechanical for cheap or even a parts engine, I'm looking for a camshaft, like to find a used one to measure before buying a new one.

Yea but you know that won't be what happens. It'll be a, "we need more regulations for these guys to follow so this doesn't happen"

Not sure it is would be the same but the Genset motor is still for sale.

So I happened across a fresh rebuilt 855 Big Cam Cummins. It is out of a genset with 0 hours on the rebuild. Was told they dropped it in, fired it up and found out the generator was broken. Customer put a new generator in instead of fixing the generator. The motor is for sale, anyone wanna buy one? I am working on getting the rebuild paperwork from it. Make an offer. I am going to Effingham, IL in August and can deliver it for a small fee or free depending on the offer.

What about valve lift and duration compared to an NTC? Won't rocket arm ratio make a difference? If there is a difference between the two engines... Just throwing out thoughts.

Be interesting to know if either one of the N14 cams work in an NTC.

N14 mechanical would be very similar to a late big cam with STC, except for parts updated to meet emissions probably. The mechanicals don't use a different head like the electronic ones.

Never posted a picture before so here it goes. 94 Detroit and a 9spd.
