I'd like to go 245 but I go through fronts faster than rears. I can't justify replacing good tires just for a size change

You're right though, it's crazy how much a little thing like not having the sloped hood completely changes the look of the truck. It looks SO much better that way, I don't know why they didn't build them like that from the factory. The W900L's could really benefit from a straight hood too. They would look 100 times better.
Tall SOB compared to the others.
The flat hood is nice but I wouldn't change the look of my w9l. Think the long hood with some slope looks good.
I agree 100%

One of our end dump trucks.
I like the L hoods as well. I love the L hoods with round headlights. I'd have to have one of those goods if I owned a W900L.

I think an A-model hood on an L would be cool, but a straight hood on an L would have an enormous grille and they would look weird
Love that B!

Not sure if I like the round lights. Looks good on an old girl but I like the stock look of the w9l with deep fenders and lights Molded in them.
Ya that would look good.
I finally got my w9 running again after last two month tear down. It's now sitting on a new rear suspension from a 08 kW I believe it's an ag400. With 336 rears. Took it for a spin an it wasn't as fast as I thought. Does anyone know anything about older 13 speed ratios?

Still need to mount fenders. Stainless half fenders are my first choice but I think it will get a couple sets of poly fenders to protect the truck from rocks.
The pipes started out as 6" stainless potable water pipe. I welded elbows on an then sanded an sanded an sanded lol they could use more but I wanted to hear it make some noise. It also had the Detroit engine oil leak.

About 30 of the vit buttons rotted off so I am having trouble finding them. kW wants $10 a piece.
It's an L good sir.
Double rounds or even singles look like chit on JJ brackets on an L. I've seen it and I don't like it. I've seen double rounds on an L that was a one off mounting job that looked really good though.
Ya I'm not a fan of them. But those a lights look good. I still prefer the square style on my 9.

I agree, they just look weirdI think any round light wether it is made in the hood or on brackets doesn't match the lines of an L model.
