Twins Progress (pics)

So it's an S200 turbine housing, what AR?

seepicture.asp

.83 AR, 65mm turbine wheel

Whats the difference between s200 and s300 housings?

The turbos came from Forced Inductions.

Nice setup Cory. Can't wait to see it work at the track. What was done internally to the engine in the rebuild?

.020" over, stock cummins pistons, Helix 2 cam, loosened up the piston to wall clearance a bit, otherwise stock. I went bigger on the injectors too and had the converter loosened up, we will see how it runs once I get it all sorted out.

Sounds like its gonna be a nice setup.

What size of gate you using? What pressure is it set to? Looks good. What size A/R you using on the turbine housing on the secondary? It look a little big? Of course it depends on how much fuel you have.

44mm tial gate, around 10psi spring in it, gonna use a manual boost controller to take it up from there. The primary charger is a 1.32ar, the secondary is a .83ar

You may want to consider putting some heat shields on the wiring harness just above the secondary turbo. I've melted my plastic wiring shield on mine. Yours wiring looks abit closer to that hot turbo.

Where you gonna run the pressures for wastegate from? You also thinking about putting the hand valve inside the cab, so you can tweak as you drive. You do nice work, way nicer than mine.

Have you plumbed the wastegate discharge into the hot down pipe that goes into the primary. Keep the pics coming:rockwoot:

You have any info compressor impellers? I would have to go thru all the specs to see what borgwarner have available? You have any experience with S510 turbos? I see that their is two different sizes available on the housing.

You guys see the catalog on borgwarner turbos? Airwerks by BorgWarner Turbo Systems

thanks, i will have to do something to insulate the wiring.

I was just going to mount the boost controller under the hood, I dont need the in cab adjustability once I get it dialed in. I was planning on running boost pressure to the manual boost controller and then into the bottom port of the wastegate, and leave the top port unhooked. Unless there is a better way of doing it, I am open to suggestions here.

Ya I got it plumbed and am welding it right now, I will take some more pictures later and post them.

Will that cold air pipe fit a CR? I have a gt42 to put under my GT 37 Lokks like it mite work.

Very nice man, I just got my flanges in today and am starting my twins as well. Can I ask what all is in the fuel department on your truck?

What size turbos are you going with?

I.I. hrvp, Mach 6's, TST/EZ, FASS

Havent ran it with the 6's yet, I had Mach 4's in it when it went 12.05 with the single and nitrous.
