Good times Brad, wish I was there to see that thing run. Sounds like a blast. Has he had to change his undies yet?

Joe

His balls are dropping a little more each pass.LOL Ended up getting rained out, had to load up early.

So thats his first "full" pass right?

Well, more or less. Made 4, 1/4 mile passes today. None were under full throttle, and all of them he had to lift to get through this weard front end wobble. Just trying to get comfortable with the car.

Great job!

Interesting weekend to say the least. Had a blast with the altered. Little scary at first but as the runs went buy i leaned on it a little more each time. I havent even gave it 3/4 throttle yet. We are still working out the steering issues. As i get more comfortable in the seat we will start to step it up. So far the 60 fts have been 1.368 and the 660ft has been 6.38 @111.07. The last run of the day a pedaled a 10.08. Lifted 3 times and fought the tire shake. Going back out fathers day weekend. Cant wait to give her a good tune up and let her eat!!! Big thanks to everybody who helped out. My family, steve qkiss, bob lewis and Colin Beddow (cbtoyz).

good job to you guys brad, congrats..
is there any way to twist that fron axle back, on the dragster i used to help on the spindles were facing up at a very high angle as to keep the tires straight and acctually was hard to get off center.. it also has a 1" offset.. anyway good luck and the vids looked great.

Looks like it already has atleast 12 to 15° in it now.

Does that change when the front wheels are off the ground, or when the front end is unloaded? Not sure how that front axle is mounted or how it moves. I am sure you guys have already checked the toe.

It already has 15 degrees in it. We are working on some new linkage to straighten things up abit. Here are a few videos from this past weekend.

It solid now. The toe is set at 3/16 and we have been playing with toe settings and tire pressures at the track.
