Hello, I have a dodge 2500 / cummins 6.7 and it has a fleece coolant bypass that I am trying to put a bts 4r100 but of course it wont go without some trimming. Does anyone see anything wrong with notching the bell housing out a bit to make it fit? I already did the adapter plate.

I found a good shop that can do machine work but they only do fire ring'ing which they do not recommend on a daily driver. Will it be ok, with compounds, to not o-ring the head? Or is this a must? Thanks in advance

I am removing the factory vgt and replacing with oil cooled turbos. Would this be ok as far as cooling goes? (I also have a fleece coolant bypass) I would like to put a shutoff valve on the green and blue hoses to keep the coolant from entering the cab in the summer time. Thanks in advance
