The one gen

found one tailgate strap and then made the other: they're both black now and work like a charm:

Switches for the new fass fuel pump and also for the lights i'm putting in the bed so I can see better if its dark and the tonneau cover is on:

Have any more pictures of the truck with those wheels? I was thinking about putting those same wheels on my heap

I don't have any decent ones at the moment besides what I've already put on here. I'll try to get some.

UPDATE:

down pipe is in:

dual feed, front line, rear line, new Isspro fuel sending unit, new Isspro mechanical pressure gauge and stainless line installed, and 3 micron fuel filter+20micron water seperator (donaldson) are in. Waiting on fass 220 gph adjustable pump so I can mount and hook up to the power switch:

fuel pressure line is in. I put a diesel rated snubber inline with a needle valve. The snubber will help with pressure pulses and the needle valve is incase the line leaks, I can simply close it off and be ok:

Not yet Dave. Well I should say it's not installed yet. I took your advice and picked up an sx-e 64.5/73/.91 T4. It'll be here Monday

The charger came in:

Borg Warner SX-E 64.5/73/.91 T4. billet wheel. 360* thrust.

Made a heater hose bracket because of the different manifold on the way and it's lack of a port for the stock bolt (its currently painted 2000* black):

Started on the new intercooler boots because the old stock ones had some frays and cuts and just seemed flimsy and weak. Went with the PDR boots. Very stout pieces:

Also, after replacing the front speakers with JL's and a new pioneer head unit, and JL sub, I got Kicker 4x12's for the rear. Sounds great. No Pics, but nothing really excited there...

it came with the charger. I purchased it from Weston. I'm sure he could get you hooked up with one. On a side note, I've heard BD's elbow for their s300's will work, but the one I pictured is a borg warner elbow (3" outlet and v band on other side)

10/4 thank you.

Quick question guys. I turned the Fass on last night and it runs. I can also hear the squeak of fuel coming out of the injection return line banjo bolt (which I replaced with a tork tech 060hp bolt) I haven't tried to start it because there's no turbo or manifold on yet, but with the pump running, I cracked the #1 injector line and no fuel came out. ALSO, my mechanical fuel pressure gauge (with a snubber and needle valve inline from pump to gauge) only reads about 5 psi. The pump says its preset to ~45 psi...

Could it be that the pump's #1 barrel is closed and not letting any fuel out? Also, even though the pump is running, does the truck have to be running for the pressure to read right and for me to be able to bleed the #1 line (as I'm starting it obviously, because if it was running, I wouldn't need to bleed)

got her set to 55 psi and installed the tork tech 060HP overflow valve. should hold at least 50 psi at full throttle now.

Put in new weather stripping and cleaned the kick plates:

Wow what a difference in those panels. It's the little things in detail that make a huge difference! Looks great!!

As you know, I've been having problems with the axle seals leaking even after the speedie sleeve install. I fixed the passenger side but have yet to drive it again so I have my fingers crossed that the double locking spindle nuts and new seals fixed the problem, but does this seem weird to anyone? I have the fluid to the minimum line in hopes of having "enough" but not so much as to push it out. The breather is not clogged. Why would the fluid look black like this though. I did a full fuild change two times now in the process of "fixing" the leak and the last change only has 200 miles on it. I don't see why it would be black like that already. Could something be messing up internally thats making things leak?

I would bet sometime in the past somebody overheated the oil in the rear end, and what you are seeing is residual out of the tube turning your new oil black. When I install sleeves I put a thin coat of silicone on inside of sleeve to prevent leaks between the spindle and sleeve.

I used loctite 660 quick metal as SKF recommends. I wonder if maybe there's a burr or something that's letting the fluid sneak past around the outside of the seal. There's red stuff on the seal already, but maybe something can still get I between the hub and seal. I don't see how there's any residual fluid in there when I've completely changed it three times now and it's been sitting for two months while I was trying to fix it.

On those double lip seals, does the side with the spring behind the seal lip face the bearings? That's how I have it but maybe it's backwards?
