Cheating parts.

sledpuller can you honestly say something about the streeet class and where it ends.... it already out of hand.. these truck that are at the top are not even close to being streetable... lets have a nice 65mph cruise for about 20 minutes down the freeway, lets see how many make it.. i know about 10-15 trucks in the cotpc that couldnt even run over 40mph...

Street class is a joke. Sorry to say it. Well kinda sorry. It's sad really.

Contrary to what some have said here, cheating is not the choice of most of the competitors. Not the ones I know anyway. If you're cheating, you where raised wrong. Shame on your parents.
If you cheat and you win you gain nothing. You're a loser actually. So...Here's the facts
If you cheat, win, and feel good when you do it......

God will kill you someday and be mean to you. I'm just sayin'

or... fed up competitors will beat the hell out of you, burn your house down, and kill your little dog too...

yeah well like 2 years ago i was pulling street class at the buck in PA and took first place in the pull off until the last guy that was running a ranch hand bumper where the rules clearly stated that the bumper must be oem and no hanging weights. guy beat me by a few inches. i brought up the fact about the illegal bumper and the guys at the track threatened to kick me out. i will never pull there again.

No, He'll just say, "Well, you you used the same means as the Devil does, so I think you should go hang out with him for a while."

we used to have this guy around here with a straight axel`d d-max. he got caught spraying at a sled pull. foung the nitrous bottle inside the drivers door under the door panel. pretty slick I would say but he still got caught

What pull did he get caught at? I remeber back at a indoor sled pull at gordyville USA in Ill. someone said a duramax diesel truck got caught with a bottle! This was back in January 2008.

idea

this is a GREAT idea:rockwoot:. make a checkpoint before the pull. drive to sign in and drive back to the track or have the checkin at the track and the drivers meeting at the drive to point. please try something like this or at least give it some thought to refine it!!!! the workstock class and 2.6 class for sure. maybe not for the 2.8 class. unless you still consider them street trucks.

whatcha think???

Good thing I have enough sense to switch platforms before mechanically injecting a 7.3!
Um........Jason would you like to tell the crowd what you latest project is. The powerstroke is like meth to you. Sure you teeth are falling out but you just can't get enough! I guess it's like eating a "poo" sandwich, after a while you get used to the taste.:hehe:

I mentioned it in another thread about big dogs picking on little dogs & no techs. I was told to quit being a b---h & build my truck to compete with the big dogs or stay home. I am getting lots of good ideas from this thread. My truck is getting a good shot this winter & my advice to anyone who isn't running a bottle....better get one & quit being a b---h!!!! LOL

Supposedly some HD crew cab chevy's have a spot under the carpet behind the back seat that would make a good spot to hide "stuff"

You guys are all talking about very intelligent ways of cheating so here a good one for you.

Two years ago I was at a DHRA pull over in IL and a guy tried to get in the Work Stock class with an S400. His reason, it had a Holset ID tag and Holset was cast into the compressor housing. I couldn't believe it.

i have nitrous inside my door panel and i trigger the activation switch by flashing my headlights

does it still count as streetable under that test if you have to stop a few times to let things cool down and maybe an excessive smoke ticket or two haha:hehe:
