I want shop pictures..

i dont have a designated shop but i am starting to add on to my existing 2 car garage this weekeend. i have a 12x26 lean to style car port that i am extending in length and width by 8 ft, pouring a new slab, framing in the 3 open sides (front will have a roll up door), ceilings will be 13'. excavation starts this weekend so hopefully i can pour the slab next week then order my half trusses and get it under roof. i have a rotary 9k lift that is going in this bay.

...............WHY aren't you working on the yota with your new found time?!?!?! LOL

I just started at a crane company about a month ago. This is half of the shop. You can see the paint booth in the middle and there is just as much shop on the other side.

While it's not a shop exactly, I just finished up my garage interior tonight. Once the engine is set in the Excursion at the real shop, I'll finish it here just so it's not in the way there.

That's a heck of a garage!

.

Thanks. When we remodeled 2 years ago, (yes, just finished interior tonight) I said the heck with typical garage size. We went 28' wide, 30' deep with 10' wide 9' tall doors. Also said the heck drywall interior.

I like the ability to do this.

LMAO ha ha i was thinking the same thing.

I may be buying a new house. 2k sqft and a two car garage! but its on 7 acres! i figure hell the two car garage will get me by until i can build my shop! good news is it has an unfinished barn on the property.

it may make getting a permit and what not a little easier and save me some money on building the shop.

has covered rv parking right next too it too..
