wonder what they are going to do about the power challenge for the drag testing now?? so im guessing the sled pulls are still on as planned? same times and gate fees?

Thursday May 6th

6:00pm – CompetitionDiesel.com Meet & Greet @ Wah Bahs Steakhouse & Saloon - Whabah Steakhouse Saloon Bar and Grill

Friday May 7

Drag Race: Cancelled

Sled Pull:

10:00am – Gate opens for vendors
11:00am – Gate opens for show-n-shine & sled pull participants
12:00pm – Gates open for spectators & dyno registration
3:00pm – Sled Pull Tech begins – Rules can be found under the event section on the TS website Diesel Performance Specialists Please review the rules carefully to make sure truck has the necessary requirements.
6:00pm – Qualifying begins for 2.6 & 2.8 classes. Top 25 from each will class will pull Saturday evening.

Saturday May 8
Drag Race - Cancelled

4:00pm – TS Outlaw Bikini Contest – Register at the TS Fuel Girl booth. Be available 2 hours prior to start time.
6:00pm – First hook starts in the following order.. 3.0 class, modified class, 2.8 class, 2.6 class

Hey Henry,

No, I was laid-off last April and have been doing freelance writing since then. I am doing a lot for Diesel World now and cover most of the East coast diesel events for them. I am also writing for a few other mags...

As far as Diesel Builder and Buckaroo Communications are concerned it seems as though they are completely closed down... I think the rest of the staff got laid-off a few months after I did, and I haven't seen a single magazine from them in a VERY long time. I also noticed that the websites are even down for the last few months, so it seems to be pretty grim for them. I ran into one of the other editors at Walmart in town the other night and he said he is still owed money...

How's your truck doin? Did you ever do the supercharger that you were thinking about?
 
There's a track about 60miles away 1/8th mile, we will be there making runs.

DPC will go to a little 1/8 mile track. With a very short shutdown. The Prostreet and faster classes would have a time getting stoped.
 
So the pulls are at a different location this year than in the past if so can I get an address. Thanks

Sorry to hear Chris I got moved to Kansas City Mo to work for Gm now from delaware so somethings changed. I went to twins but before the twin I ran a big single GT4202R and some M&H dots and spun. 11:53@ 116.92 out of her weighing in at around 6950 area. Have not been to the track with the new turbo setup. Hope to seeya at a event I was looking for you this weekend in White Plains Ga at the Smokin 2010 pulls and Dyno event.
 
wow my plans got canned last week and now this well see ya'll next year for TS make the pulls a good one.
