Was supposed to be racing in oregon this weekend, but this happened in sac last weekend..... couldn't get it fixed in time, so I'll pull instead...

I'm sure that talk with VTPA will go over just well. They are going to call someone else on this forum and ask him what he thinks of implementing the rules you want. So you better make sure he is on board with your ideas or he could tell them no.

I ran some more copies of the flyers. You might get a few guys up there from my neck of the woods, mostly work/stock class but, hey it's more trucks!
 
I hope there will be enough room for entering 2 classes. I want to try pullin with the Super Street guys.

I guess that is your vote huh? If we allow double hooking, it will be first come first serve as there may not be room for too many of those.
 
Good to see everybody again! I ended up low rail limping the truck right out of the gate. I've got to get these injectors figured out for a pulling tune. They work great on the 1/4mi. and never throw any codes. I guess the extended RPM is what is requiring the extra fuel. Oh well, I'll get it figured out!
 
Wasn't a bad turn out. I wasn't happy with my pull, from what I can tell I didn't hook up at all. But being my first pull in 4 years I have some learning to do...Time for some reading!

I could be totally wrong on the distances, but in the extreme class I think Josh went 211, I went 195, and Joe pulled 189. Again, could be wrong.

IIRC in the street mod class, rui pulled about 203 and Crazy lb7 was like 197.

-Sled was WAY tight. It was a slow tug. I doubt if track speed was over 10mph.

That's nothing new it's been that way for years at the VTPA pulls. They do there thing and that let the diesels run at the end at least you get to pull I guess.

Was it a 300' track? surprised they didn't reset the sled and let you all pull a little longer.
