It's just the way it worked out. When I got it, i wanted a daily driver that would run 10's. The more I thought about it, i realized that i wouldnt want to use this truck for work, so I bought the tacoma for dd, and decided to take the build to the next level. If I had it to do over, I might have went about it a little differently. Go hassle Milliken, at least my truck had 150k on it when it was torn apart.
 
Passenger door bars are in.

Lacquered mahogany with dzus fasteners. What are you going for here, a show truck LOL
 
I probably just missed you already telling us but what material and size pipe did you use for the cage? Looks awesome!!

Net weight added 7 lbs. Not bad. It'll make a good place to mount the co2 bottle.

Not a snowball's chance in hell. Cory has quite a bit left to do on the chassis. I have most of the parts for my engine, but I still need to assemble it. I'm hoping to make it to a track late this year. I decided a while back that i wanted a completed truck when i hit the track, not an ongoing project.
 
Umm yeah that just happened, wasn't expecting to see the back end cut off lol.........I'm guessing he's goin 4 link now, I gotta quit lookin at builds like these, I'll never finish my shop if I keep buyin more truck parts lmao
