You must be talking about msmisery? I was kinda wondering about that one, but since no one said anything about it I just added him. I'll take it off of here if it's a gas truck. I think the intent of this thread was for guys to see how their manual trans diesel stacked up in comparison with other handshakers in the first 60'. Sorry I don't have a clue about the who's who and what they run. I just figured if they are posting a time in here, it pertains to the topic.

Kiddin' man, I dont care about yalls list I understand its a manual tranny 60' thing. I commented in post #120 just because Stuckies 1.4x's were mentioned, we both run really built autos. I usually ran high 1.3x's but ran a best of a 1.34 I was just tickled to run those short times with a 4500# truck, Im hoping to see these drop to the 1.teens in the new ride. Dont change or delete any thing from yalls list on account of me, no hating here that truck rocks, but its a gasser. Ryan

i tried my luck at drag racing with my triple disc last weekend, i never did it before, they cancelled the sled pulling part so we decided to drag race, I tried a 3rd hi 4WD 40 psi launch and it destroyed 3rd gear. see attached better stick to sled pulling. LOL

40PSI HOLY SH$T! Now that's a lot of boost.
 
yea i found out i should have left with 15 psi or so, or maybe my tires were to aggressive. I should have got it rolling first, the tdi beetle ran a 16.3 best, but i wasnt very good at launching it either.

nope e the wife wanted an auto, it's a 05 model, with a few mods, after i was done someone told me i should have held the park brake and let it go. i dunno that time was in D.

No update after my last race, clutch can't handle the new tune. I need to change mine though, it was 2nd gear launch. I call that first gear, but technically it's 2nd out of 6.
 
For the heck of it, I punched in a few 60 ft numbers into the Wallace Racing calculator and came up with this;
1.12 sec = 57 mph in just 60 feet.
1.65 = 41
1.75 = 39
1.85 = 37
1.95 = 35.5
2.05 = 34
2.15 = 32.5
2.25 = 31

The website has a bunch of cool calculations.
I even tried a couple reverse caculations using 1/4 et to find 60 ft times.
My best 13.34 et calculated out to a 1.85.
Calebs 11.92 converted to a guess what.........................................1.65.

Well, my 13.5 ET was 2.6 60'... I'm sure if you put that in there it should tell you "what it should" be. not what they are. ET is so human error driven. mph is very difficult to mess up

And if you keep going down that list from 2.25 60's... damn, I must of been idling across the 60' beam to manage a 2.6.
