what would cause my truck not to fuel?

385hp. **** this piece of **** truck. The bad thing is that it spooled up hard on the dyno, it runs great on the street, not fueling for ****. Hit 35psi of boost on the dyno, tried 3rd gear, 4th gear, slow roll, mashing it, bogging it, different quad levels. Screw this. This thing is getting p-pumped ASAP.

I hear ya... sometimes I think some of these trucks are 'cursed'... mine has never felt as strong as it should based on it's modifications... but like you, that problem is getting fixed with a P7100 soon enough.
 
The thing that is messed up the most is that Tyler has everything for a 500+ truck. I mean you have put this big puzzle together and have one piece you haven't got to fit right and now your going to throw the f'n puzzle in the trash. Someone can diagnose the truck !! Quad, jetpilot, whoever. I mean there something small causing this issue ( not referring to the vp!! ) causing it and somebody can fix it. Ive thought about the P-pump swap many times but I like adjustments on the fly whether it be for weather changes, towing , whatever. Kinda hate to see it get the best of ya.
 
I hear ya man, I am pretty close to P-pumping mine if I dont sell it...along with a full engine and trans rebuild :]

I can't say I blame him. Only thing that got me is this...Tyler sent his vp back & that is not the problem. The Quad was sent back & cost him $100 to "fix" but wasn't fixed. His truck isn't fueling & that is obviously a wiring/ecm problem. I would definately want to have that fixed even if I was gonna p-pump it. What if we are talking about a shorted wire here? Could possibly burn the truck one day if not found. I would fix it, then see how you like it before p-pumping Tyler.

inside joke... a good while back I told him to P-pump it, and he said he wouldn't because it was the easy way out :p

now he's seen the light, and I gotta rib my buddy a LITTLE bit, right? :D

LOL I know dude, just hate to see Tyler take that easy way out & later on feel that it beat him.

LOL I call B.S on that one bud. If I have a vp44, I'm turning up hp from the seat of my truck. If I have a p-pump, I'm bent over my rad support mooning every good christian woman driving past. Maybe thats not a sin in your eyes. LOL

Yall can guarantee that quad is getting one helluva ass chewing on monday. My melted board made 65hp more than this brand new "4k ready" piece of **** board.

God I can't wait to get rid of these damn electronics. Freaking way to many things have to work to make power.

And for adjustments on the fly, you rig up an electronic valet switch that let's you go from mild to wild with the flip of a switch. Unlike this bastard pulse where I have to have a pencil to shove the buttons down in order to change the settngs. Quad/jeremy, if your reading this, CHANGE THE BUTTONS ON THE PULSE CAUSE THEY SUCK!!

Take the pulse apart, sand down the contacts for the buttons with a scotchbrite pad. I have mine working so well that I have to be careful not to bump them. I know what you mean about these crappy vp pumps...oh wait...no I don't.LOL

Holy Chit!!!!! No wonder it is not working.LOL I think you should call & complain to Quad too if he did that mess. OMG!
 
It looks better than that now. Although the screw is there to keep the terminal tight LOL.

Jamie I've sanded the contacts down on the pulse and replaced the buttons already. I ended up poking a hole in one button from having to push it so hard.

No wonder your truck hates you, it looks like you hated it before you ever even did anything to it! This is just payback!
