Finally got the build trans installed and took it out for a drive. The lockup switch does not work. I verified all of the wiring, and have decided I have one of the PCM's that doesn't allow this to work. My question is, if the jumper wire in the PDC supplies the power to the solenoid and the...
Ok I have a question about a 5.9 engine stand. I did look through the old threads, they are closed, so I am posting this.
Does anyone feel that you should support the block on both sides?
Is it too much weight to hang a complete engine from one side mount?
Opinions?
Finally got it all together and made it to a pull.
My brother pulled in the 7500# class, made it 286':
I pulled the 8500#, 293'
A big thanks to Weston for the fuel.
I appears that Dana does not make 5.13 gears for the 60? Or at least I could not find them. Has anyone ran Richmond gears?
Are they good or should I get a different brand? If so which one?
Thanks
I was wondering what the recommended piston to valve clearance was for a 12 valve? It will be in a pulling truck.
I did a search and didn't really find anything.
Thanks
I am in the market for some 35 spline outers for a dana 60. What are good ones to get? Are the spicer's good enough?
What about the lockouts? Mile Marker or Warn? Or ??

Still have some of this stuff left:
4340 5" x 4" bar stock. New condition, stored indoors. Approx. 12' lengths. 68#'s per foot.
Could bring to TS.
Looking to get $0.36/lb for full sticks. Consider trades for Dodge stuff.
What is a good source for a new 12v head? Nothing too crazy, but will have it o-ringed. 60# springs would be a plus.
What is the best way to go?
Thanks
4"x5" E4340 bar stock, 68.06 pounds per foot. 17-5/8" is about 100 lbs.
Comes in 12 foot nominal lengths, or cut if you want.
Anybody interested in something like this?
I am looking at several water to air IC's. Who has had experience with these? I am looking to put it on the '89. I would prefer 3" inlet/outlet to match the piping, but some are 3.5 with the same core size. I figure 3" would allow the use of "hump" couplers rather than reducers, as it will be...
