Running pilot correctly is the way to go on a common rail. Done right MPG is improved without the noise of removing it. Fazzing it out at certain load/RPM's then turning it off works great on holding better rail pressure for hot street/ompetition use. The bigger the injectors the more fine tuning on the pilot and main needed.

def. agree rob worked great on my truck..i have big injectors so lots of tuning left to do.

Ditto I just read 53 pages and NO release date WTF! Plus, no one described the settings or what trucks this will support,lol. :bang

Hurry up with the 5.9L the 6.7L is where the real power is. Just kidding don't waste 3 pgs chewing my a$$

there is no release date...and it has been mentioned before.. it 06-07 trucks for right now.
