My 77 PowerWagon Cummins Build.

Yeah, I saw it come up in the for sale section and had only a 3 day waiting period on it. lol Still a ton of work to do like getting the suspension set up and ditching all the leaf springs for ladder bar front and 4 link rear.

I don't blame you for lightening the load a bit. Steed makes gorgeous stuff. Loving the truck. I have a soft spot for old body style dodges. If I could, I'd have a diesel powered dodge in every body style from the 50s power wagons to the 4th gen rams.

Keep plugging away at it and you'll be rolling down the road before you know it.

After trying to sell it off and getting every damn low ball offer imaginable, I'm back at putting it together.

Buh Bye Leaf springs.

I am going to run Competition Engineering 2017 Kit front and rear with Chrome Moly Heims and small misalignment spacers since it will be on the street time to time.

Not quite like sex but i got some good penetration... Still have the inside the weld then the rear will be done.

Im sure someone will go bat **** crazy about the bar angles but that is where they have to sit for street driving to eliminate suspension bind, For track they will be adjusted to suit.

care to share some of the logic on how you set it up?

For Street sure i have flex in the suspension, Side to side twist like driving on uneven ground. As for bar angles i want them to be about close to my 100% squat line. For it being a taller truck if i were to leave the bottem bar flat and the top front the axle forward dived down i would have a Crazy about of anti Squat 180-195% which when the tires hit on launch i would unload the front axle which would be pointless on a 4wd app where yopu want load on both axles to hook. Then there is a ton to figure with pinion angle and so forth. That help i hope?

Yes I understand.

Do those brackets have the needed adjustments to set it up 100% for the track?

Some More Tubing notched and fitted. A few more gussets to add and a few more Tubes to fit in then the rear is pretty much done.

Home streach now. Couple more things on the front to moch up and get driveshaft loops in place them it can all be pulled apart and final welded and then painted.
