Ok, We busted our butts yesterday and today to get this finished!!! Rick left last night at 10pm and I ended up staying up till 3 AM before sleeping at Jeff's shop!!! lol....Got up at 10am and started again!!!

I'll post some pics and then start my comments on the First cranking and drive!!!!:evil

I was going to but since I was there all by myself, I chose the room with the King size matress as apposed to the Hannah's single bed!!! I need room!!!!

Ok, That's about all the pics I took....
Once again, sorry about the low quality pics....Old camera that seems to be a little gray'ish in all the pics and my flash is broken.......Hey, the spare money goes to my truck!!!! LOL



Well, We had to fix a small Fuel Leak from the Dual cp3 kit....No biggie
Had to fix an exhaust leak in the S480 band and down pipe....My bad!!
Had a small oil leak at the filter housing...My bad also!!!


WELL!!!!! Let's start with the BAD NEWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I HAVE JOINED THE TY (TRITON) GANG!!!!!! THIS MOTHER F******* RATTLES BIG TIME OFF IDLE AND UP TO ABOUT 5-8 PSI OF BOOST!!!!!

Man!!! This truck is bad a$$ and is fun to drive but this fuel knock, timing rattle sound is CRAZY off idle and leaving a light.....Ugh!

I'm thinking it has something to do with cutting to pistons.....????
I was talking to TY....I know he's done JUST about everything he can to fix his rattle.....

What do you guys think about custom injector tips with a tighter spray pattern..?????
What could cause this???? I've list my mods and everything done....Nothing real major but the basic's....With the exception of cutting the pistons....

Anyway, that's the bad news...
 
Great to see it goin, get some vids goin! And it i'll be hard resisting the urge to stick the go pedal during the break in period.......LOL I know my break in was SHORT.......

I know what you mean!!!

I sure would like a liston to that rattle.....think you can get a vid or recording of that...
