PPE HOT will be my next atempt to reach

You got any video of it idleing?? Wonder what kind of programming PPE had in that to make it idle like that?
 
I wish I'm doing the tomorrow, tomorrow 2 step with the builder, but I did get my tnt r from bob. so I'm just doing the hurry up and wait game . good luck tomorrow rob.

No, sorry no video. After I dyno'd it, I took it off and never put it back on again. I actually lost 20 hp from the diablo that I had on there previously.

Rob, what dyno did you use? Also what were your results last time dynoing>?
 
It seems Rob that your truck is alot like mine, and really dosent like added timing. From what I understand that is one of the differences between 1 and 2. I found my best power on the smarty was on level 8

Yeah, but in theory, with the revo, you can re-adjust timing as needed on any level. so use stop timing on level 9.

So, the PPE did make 6 more hp then the smarty.:hehe:
 
Was the dyno able to load your truck enough? What boost do u see on the street? What did you see on the dyno?

In theory, but even if you disable timing onl level 9 my truck would rattle like crazy,, but level 8 worked great. on stock timing.
 
Rob, how did the dyno do at holding your truck,,, did you get a lot of tire spin?

thats too bad rob i was hoping to see you hit the 1k mark. what was the air like that could suck alot of hp if it was hot and thin . I saw that you got some new tires and rims what was the weight difference because that could suck hp too, I know that my 37''s sucked 45hp over stock last year
just my 2 cents. I'm sure you'll hit the 1k mark in time :Cheer:
 
OK if you where only @ 802 with the SMARTY and thought switching to the PPE was going to add 200hp thats just crazy. Id say you need some other mods, not a different tuner.

I thought you where alot closer to 1k than that, like 960+ then maybe a diffent tuner might get you the extra hp.

Sorry you didnt make it. Good comparrison though.
