everything i find about the rail pop involves the smarty... and all they say is turn the timing down on the smarty...
nothing about the PPE/mp-8 combo... im not even sure i can adjust timing with the PPE... just got it today... so whats my choices? pretty much as soon as the turbo spools up it...
i bought a PPE from a guy on ebay... he didnt run the VIN unlock so i sent it back to him to do so... got it back and still said VIN mismatch... called dude and he said something about a smarty... called Jeff Garmon and he said dude probly set the PPE back to stock without unlocking... then...
on the front driveshaft... had some play and alittle grinding noise when speeding up... so got all the u joint to swap them out on the front and then found this thing... done lots of u joints but not one on a front axle like this... the bearings inside this circle are shot and broke apart...
EVERY time the key was on on my truck i could here the little vaccum pump pumping away by the pass battery... never knew if this was normal or not... but when using the cruise there for awhile it would drop about 5mph before it would kick in... well now the pump quit... and so did the cruise...
recharged the system... no AC... ran a jumper wire right to the compressor and the compressor kicks on... pulled the plug on the pressure transducer and jumped the dark blue and dark green/orange wires together and still got nothing (these are the wires alldata has as "hots" as the other is the...
was messin around with the AC on the truck cause it hadnt been working... found what i thought was the freon sensor and was going to jump it to see if it would kick on... since it kicks on when i jump straight to the compressor... well then the truck cut off and wont start back up? what the crap...
was wondering if yallsinjector tester tests flow and return? or just flow?? ive replaced everything now to get rid of my hard start and jeff tested my injectors... there the only thing i havent replaced... 3 are new from dodge... he said the other 3 tested as good as the new 3... just wondering...
still got a hard stat problem... here is what i have done so far...

Jeff Garmon tested injectors... 3 SS new ones from dodge 30k ago and 3 older ones tested just as good as new ones...
JUST installed 6 new injector tubes and O rings
new rebuilt industrial injection CP3...
the last 2 summers id just add a can of freon at the start of summer and it would start to die again right when winter hit... this time around... nope... i drained whatever was left this time around just to make sure i get the proper amount... added two cans... or 24oz... calls for 1lb 14oz or...
